AddressCurrently seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to join a medium sized facility approx. 1 hour East of Adelaide. In this role, you will lead and motivate a team of care staff on the floor to provide the highest standard of care to residents.

- Experience in a Clinical Nurse, Clinical lead or CCC role is essential
- Excellent Aged Care clinical skills
- Experience in managing and mentoring care staff
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards and understanding of continuous improvement
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
