The exciting opportunity:
- 130 bed facility in the Rockingham / Mandurah area
- Full time role working weekdays and every second weekend, with a choice of morning and afternoon shifts
- Oversee the provision of clinical care during your shift including the coordination of care plan creation and reviews
- Supervise, coach and mentor an extensive team of Registered and Enrolled Nurses
- Help to implement and review action plans, supporting a culture of continuous improvement
- Form positive relationships with residents and families to create client directed care outcomes
- Ensure exceptional customer service from all staff, and assist with reviewing incidents and responding to clinical feedback
- Excellent opportunity to share your clinical knowledge, providing education and advice so staff develop and succeed

- Excellent staffing structure – be supported by a clinical Facility Manager, Clinical Care Manager and another Clinical Nurse
- Be guided and supported by your dedicated 3D Recruit Career Consultant, assisting with CV creation, interview preparation and career advice
- $51 - $55 per hour + penalties + super + salary packaging
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Proven track record in a Senior Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse role in the Residential Aged Care, home care or hospital sector
- A supportive leader who coaches and empowers staff
- Motivated, proactive and outcomes focused and able to approach situations both logically and innovatively
