Are you an experienced Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant looking for a new opportunity at a top-tier law firm?Moss & Co have partnered with an international Law firm on the recruitment of a Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary opportunity supporting a Partner and two other operators.
This position will see you supporting a Partner who specialises in Insolvency & Restructuring law. You will work alongside this Partner ensuring the smooth running of his practice & provide secretarial support to his small team.

Your responsibilities may include;
- Diary Management
- Organisation of meetings, coordinating the team
- Managing confidential firm information and opening new matters
- Inputting and maintaining client data into client relationship software
- Assisting with client queries - liaising with clients
- Drafting & formatting Legal Documents & court documents
- Preparing Briefs
- Managing the monthly billing process
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Secretary/Assistant, ideally to Partner level due to the nature of this team.
