Thompson Health Care Dural House is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to join the team. We're looking for enthusiastic candidates who have a positive attitude and a passion for working with aged people. This is a great opportunity to work for a leading aged care provider that offers a rewarding career and supportive environment.
The successful candidate will:
- Demonstrate strong leadership ability, as a Registered Nurse for a minimum of 5 years’ experience with a mix of acute clinical and aged care experience.
- A good understanding of contemporary aged care, clinical practice and clinical leadership in a residential setting.
- Be able to provide guidance and motivate a multi-disciplinary team with a passion to deliver exceptional care and service to the elderly.
- Great communicate skills and confidence to lead and actively contribute to a team.
- Strive for excellence in customer service and promote an environment of harmony and trust.
- Demonstrated high level organizational and time management skills.
