Additionally, you will contribute to the development of clinical processes, policies, and procedures, promoting the advancement of clinical practice within our organisation.In this role, you will navigate the complexities of a diverse and changing healthcare environment, ensuring the delivery of optimum standards of nursing care while acknowledging the limits of time and resources. You will play a crucial role in managing change and supporting our strategic direction, aligning with our commitment to "Caring for the Coast" and delivering patient-centered care.About You
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years’ experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification, or such other qualifications or equivalent experience deemed appropriate by the public hospital or public health organisation.
- You have strong communication, interpersonal and information technology skills to provide complex specialty services and influence innovative nursing practice.
- You have the ability to work effectively and collaboratively both independently and as part of the multidisciplinary health care team.
