About the Role

The brand new Thompson Health Care St Ives House is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to join the team. We're looking for enthusiastic candidates who have a positive attitude and a passion for working with aged people. This is a great opportunity to work for a leading aged care provider that offers a rewarding career and supportive environment.
The successful candidate will:
- Demonstrate strong leadership ability, as a Registered Nurse for a minimum of 3 years’ experience with a mix of acute clinical and aged care experience.
- A good understanding of contemporary aged care, clinical practice and clinical leadership in a residential setting.
- Be able to provide guidance and motivate a multi-disciplinary team with a passion to deliver exceptional care and service to the elderly.
- Great communicate skills and confidence to lead and actively contribute to a team.
- Strive for excellence in customer service and promote an environment of harmony and trust.
- Demonstrated high level organizational and time management skills.
