Brown Cow Hampton is one of Bayside's iconic establishments, trading over breakfast, lunch & dinner, we are known for the place to go anytime of the day for a delicious meal.
This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Commis Chef at Brown Cow Hampton.
What you'll do:
- Assist the senior chefs in preparing a variety of meals according to menu and orders.
- Work efficiently to ensure timely delivery of dishes to guests.
- Comply with safety and health policies, procedure and role responsibilities as defined in the Safety and Health Responsibilities and Accountabilities procedure.
- Setup and cleaning of kitchen.
- Experience working in a hands-on, team focused bistro style kitchen.
- Knowledge of cooking practices as they apply to the relevant venue's menu.
- An uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation and safety.
- Strong communication and organisation skills.
- Trade cooking qualifications are essential.
- Flexible availability.
