  • Free accommodation will be provided while working in Eucla and MPS sites (Norseman, Laverton Leonora)
  • Subsidised accommodation will be provided while working in Kalgoorlie an Esperance.
  • A roster pattern that meets the operational requirements for this position is to be negotiated between the suitable applicant(s) and the Director of Nursing when an appointment is made.
Key responsibilities include:This Clinical Nurse Specialist position is responsible for the provision and coordination of primary health care to communities including remote locations. Includes the provision of Nursing Services encompassing emergency care, chronic disease management, child health, immunisation, health promotion, and education.The occupant of this position is required to demonstrate a positive commitment to modelling our organisational values, safety and quality improvement and the Code of Conduct in all aspects of their employment.   • Demonstrated effective leadership skills (organisational, supervisory, caseload management and problem-solving skills).
  • Demonstrated extensive clinical experience including assessment skills, triage and emergency management skills, clinical problem solving and understanding of chronic disease management.
