- Efficiently manage invoicing and data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial documentation.
- Oversee the purchasing process, including vendor communication, order placement, and supply chain coordination.
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound phone calls, providing exceptional customer service and addressing queries promptly.
- Maintain organised filing systems and conduct regular database maintenance to ensure up-to-date and accurate records.
- Proven time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), with a strong emphasis on data management and report generation.
- Team player with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced work setting.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, capable of professional written correspondence and clear verbal interactions. Cantonese language skills advantageous.
