The Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) are seeking a specialised Clinical Nurse Specialist for Wyong Hospital.Your vital role in delivering personalised care to patients with respiratory disorders will be instrumental in promoting wellness and ensuring patient-centred care delivery.
About You
- You will require relevant post-registration qualifications and a minimum of 3 years' experience in the clinical field of your specified post-graduate qualification, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience utilising knowledge and advanced nursing skills in the assessment, care planning and provision of safe clinical care for patients with needs related to acute respiratory illnesses and COPD.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and contribute nursing expertise to the improvement of care within a multidisciplinary care team.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, computer literacy and capacity to use health related information technology systems.
Where You’ll Be Working
The Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 (CNS2), Acute Respiratory Liaison is responsible for the provision of safe high quality patient centred nursing care to patients experiencing an acute respiratory illness with a particular focus on those with a diagnosis of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) at Wyong Hospital.
