About the role
We are looking for Clinical Nurse Supervisors with genuinecommitment to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.This is an opportunity to work closer to home at either Joondalupor Wembley on a permanent full-time basis. We expect that you willhave great time management skills, enjoy working in a team but alsobe self-motivated. About you
You are a dynamic and self-motivated Clinical Nurse Supervisoror experienced Registered Nurse who is looking to join a committedand enthusiastic team. You’ll share the same caring approachwe have for our residents and bring:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- A commitment to person centred practise with a passionate commitment to support others
- Demonstrated leadership and people skills
- Proven organisational, delegation and time management abilities
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Accreditation Quality Standards
- Understanding of the Australian National Aged Care Classification Funding Model
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
- Flu and COVID vaccinations (preferable)
