Aspire4Life are excited to be recruiting for a Clinical Operations Leadto join our dynamic leadership team. This role will see you provide clinical leadership, education, and governance to the Aspire4Life workforce and will work as an interface between the clinical workforce and our operations. This role is integral to the success of Aspire4Life and will build on our internal clinical knowledge and practice within the delivery of our programs (including the Regional Assessment Service and the Veterans Home Care Assessment service).

A typical week as Clinical Operations Lead:
- Practice clinical judgement, initiative, and problem-solving skills to provide senior clinical support to our multi-disciplinary assessment team
- Assist the business meet the requirements outlined in funding agreements - ensuring compliance with quality frameworks, risks, and deliverables
- Actively participate in advocacy activities, case conferencing, and service coordination - building positive key stakeholder relationships as you work collaboratively with health organisations, government representatives, service providers, and subcontractors
- Provide clinical leadership to the Aspire4Life team deliver excellent client outcomes through a research and practice led client focused service
- Participating in Community Engagement events to increase awareness of Aspire4Life's services and regional footprint
A bit about you:
- Ideally 5+ years' experience working within the aged and/or community care industry
- Demonstrated ability to think at a strategic level and successfully drive and implement change
- Previous experience in leadership of a team of Clinicians and non-clinicians
- The ability to interpret data, categorise risk, develop and implement sustainable corrective actions and workforce management plans
- Strong MS Office program skills (particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word) with the ability to put together reports, plans, and presentations
- A clear and confident communication style (both verbal and written) to facilitate, present, and negotiate
What to bring:
- Tertiary qualification as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physio or Social Worker (with current AHPRA or AASW registration)
- Unrestricted Australian driver's licence
