Your new role:
Support advances in clinical practice & patient care activities
Work with your team to achieve patient focused KPIs & provide high quality patient care
Contribute to quality and safety and research projects
Collaborate with key staff members across the organisation
About you:
You hold current AHPRA registration.
You have Highly developed interpersonal skills as well as proficient verbal and written communication skills.
You have experience in delivering clinical pharmacy services and demonstrate an eagerness to learn and further develop your clinical pharmacy skills.
Relevant post graduate qualification is considered desirable, but not necessary.
