Work in the front line of clinical research and drug development by joining our Scientia Clinical Research team as a highly valued Clinical Project Manager
- We are looking for a highly motivated, organised, and positive Clinical Project Manager.
- Be responsible for the successful execution of a portfolio of clinical trials from protocol review and start up to completion of study deliverables.
- Lead a small team and help to build capability in this purposeful sector.
Duties for the role include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead the planning, co-ordination, progression and management of quality clinical trials.
- Develop project plans and track the delivery of project activities and milestones ensuring the achievement of overall project objectives, requirements and timelines.
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation.
- Ensure quality and timely clinical trial execution in accordance to SCR SOPs and polices, applicable regulations as well as ICH GCP E6R2 and NHMRC guidelines to meet the regulatory requirements.
- Facilitates teamwork, communication and collaboration between the sponsor, CRO and study team.
- Proactively support the development and continuous improvement of clinical trial management procedures, practices and supporting tools.
- Motivate, manage and develop a high performing clinical trial team
Your skills and experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in health, social and/or biological sciences.
- A minimum of 4-5 years clinical trial experience, preferably in early phase.
- Sound knowledge of HREC and RGO processes, GCP and relevant NHMRC guidelines.
- Strong organisation, planning and project management skills.
- A passion for quality and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to manage stakeholders and build strong relationships across an organisation.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing work environment and business requirements.
- Team management experience in a clinical research environment.
