Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Psychologist Grade 3 to join our dynamic team at Western Health. Our organization is committed to providing comprehensive mental health services, and we are proud to offer a specialized women only acute inpatient unit focused on acute mental health care.
The Senior Clinical Psychologist (Grade 3) will be primarily responsible for providing clinical leadership and clinical expertise as part of the multidisciplinary team at Western Inpatient Psychiatric Unit. The psychologist will be pivotal in supporting the implementation of psychological interventions centred on care for women experiencing mental ill health. The Clinical Psychologist will delivery psychological care both through 1:1 and group sessions. The role will support care and treatment planning of consumer accessing mental health services. This is a permanent part time position.
To be Successful in this Role, you will have:

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Clinical Psychologist
• An approved Post Graduate Degree in Clinical Psychology
• Extensive clinical knowledge and experience in Clinical & Health Psychology
• Registration with AHPRA with an Approved Area of Practice (Endorsement) in Clinical Psychology
• Current registration as a PsyBA Board Approved Supervisor, and have extensive experience in the supervision, training and development of staff
• Demonstrated achievement in leadership and supervision within area of responsibility to ensure effective service provision and program delivery
