Position Summary
Step into a pivotal role that goes beyond routine administration. As a Clinical Receptionist, you will manage client interactions, support various clinic operations, and contribute significantly to our transformative Psychology Outcomes clinic
Work Schedule
- Full-Time: 38 hours per week

Key Performance Indicators
- 📅 Ensure a fully booked appointment calendar
- 📞 Prompt client support and professional collaboration
- 📝 Efficient administrative and coordination duties
- 📊 Monthly reporting to create better client journeys and experiences
Core Responsibilities
Client Management
- Exceptional customer service during interactions
- Develop resources for a better client journey and processes to resolve issues
Communication & Coordination
- Manage incoming calls and inform clinical staff
- Liaise with GP clinics and support coordinators
Financial Management
- Accurate and timely payment processing
- Invoice generation and management
Data & Reporting
- Maintain data accuracy and generate reports
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance
Strategic Contributions
- Attend directorial meetings and assist with internal actions
- Regularly contribute to resource and business development
Soft Skills
- Teamwork and leadership
- Excellent written communication
- Proactive, tech-focused and innovative solutions
Experience Required
- 1-2 years as a Clinical Receptionist in a Psychology, Psychiatry or Mental Health Service
- Experience with Cliniko, Halaxy or Splose and experience with Google Suite
