Job Description
The Group Therapy Program team at Fremantle Adult Mental Health Service, is currently seeking highly motivated and compassionate Clinical Psychologists to join our team. The Group Therapy Program provides psychotherapy groups, from therapy modalities such as CBT, DBT and RO DBT, for community Mental Health clients from within Fremantle Mental Health service.
As a Clinical Psychologist in the Group Therapy Program team, you will provide clinical psychological services including psychological assessments, formulations, and specialised psychotherapeutic interventions, predominately group psychotherapy, as well as consultation and education to other professionals on psychological matters. You will have opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients within the adult cohort. You will be an essential part of our multidisciplinary team, collaborating with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. You will also provide supervision to clinical psychology registrars/trainees.
This is a recruitment pool for fixed term (12 month parental leave) part time appointments at 45.60 hours per fortnight.
Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 30/04/2025.
