We believe in client-centred care, tailoring services to our client’s goals and delivering therapeutic outcomes that align with what’s most important to our clients. We value functional outcomes and equipping individuals with tools and strategies that are empowering and transformational.
We actively encourage contribution, collaboration, and positive engagement between staff, be it professionally through case conferencing, individual/ group supervision, office operations, or socially through team lunches and socials.
At the heart of Thrive Wellness culture lies the language of workability. It is the essence that drives our actions, shapes our thoughts, propels us toward solutions and cultivates harmony in our interactions. Embracing the language of workability means embracing the inherent potential for growth, adaptation, and effectiveness in all that we do.
Thrive Wellness is a fragrance-free and smoke-free practice. Out of consideration of diverse needs, our staff don’t wear perfumes, colognes or have scented therapy rooms.
