Brain Injury Rehabilitation Services are looking for a Senior Clinical Psychologist to join their team. The Brain Injury Rehabilitation Service (BIRS) is a service promoting optimal patient focussed outcomes that allow for the reintegration of individuals following brain injury back into the community. BIRS comprises inpatient, outpatient, in-reach, transition and outreach services for adults with Acute Brain Injury and their families, which collectively encompass providing patient care through the rehabilitation phase and reintegration into the community. • This includes:
• Delivering high quality evidenced based clinical psychology and case management services to patients/consumers within a highly functioning multidisciplinary team.
• Contribution to the advancement of quality clinical psychology services and optimal patient care, through provision of service development, quality improvement, and clinical education.
• Monitoring and reporting on work practices and outcomes, including initiating, planning and evaluating relevant quality and research initiatives.
• Providing supervision and training to less experienced (HP3) clinicians, students and to Allied Health Assistants (AHA's).
