About the role
This position is a senior role within the Clinical Governance Department, with its main focus being on coordination of Clinical Risk management and associated quality improvement systems.
This position reports through to the Clinical Risk Lead.
Essential experience:
- Registered with APHRA as a Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife
- Knowledge and experience in the principles of clinical incident management, use of clinical incident management systems including investigation methodology and open disclosure.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Well-developed time management and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in change management.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with implementation of quality improvement processes.
- Highly developed skills in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Remuneration: Senior Registered Nurse - Level 1-2
On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $61.21 - $62.61 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
