We are currently seeking a suitably qualified Admin Officer level 3 who would like to work in the immunisation clinic in the Outpatient's Department at the Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick. We are advertising for a full-time permanent position and open to job share. This Immunisation Service is 5 days per week: Monday - Friday.
- Demonstrated excellent administration experience within a hospital environment.
- Demonstrated excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organisational skills.
- Experience in a customer service environment.
- Pleasant telephone manner and public contact experience.
- Ability to use initiative and work independently and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications in particular Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Typing (minimum 60 wpm) and data entry skills.

Applicants holding visas with working rights may be considered for temporary appointment (up to the expiry date of their visa) where no suitable local applicant is identified.
