We are currently seeking a suitably qualified Admin Officer level 3 who would like to work in the immunisation clinic in the Outpatient's Department at the Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick. We are advertising for a full-time permanent position and open to job share. This
Immunisation Service is 5 days per week: Monday - Friday.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of commencing a new childhood
Immunisation Service at Sydney Children's Hospital in a supported environment while also working in a variety of Outpatient clinic specialties' across our service. Please see the statement of duties attachment for more information.
- Demonstrated excellent administration experience within a hospital environment.
- Demonstrated excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organisational skills.
- Experience in a customer service environment.
- Pleasant telephone manner and public contact experience.
- Ability to use initiative and work independently and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications in particular Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Typing (minimum 60 wpm) and data entry skills.
