Our client is a leader in compression solutions and medical products that deliver outstanding clinical outcomes for patients. The company requires a Clinical Support Manager and Educator based in NSW with a National focus. An Allied Health or Nursing background with exposure to Lymphedema and Venous Therapy is essential. This is a full-time permanent opportunity.

ROLE/DESCRIPTION

My client requires an exceptional clinical professional with a strong clinical background providing Education and Support on products including Compression Garments, Venous Therapy Solutions, Oedema Therapy, Leg Ulcers and Travel Stockings.

The Clinical Support Educator will be responsible for organising product trials building confidence in clinicians to use and recommend Medi's products to their patients.

Based in NSW you will be tasked with providing day to day customer service, clinical advice and support to both employees and customers. You will develop coaching and training programmes ensuring high class training is rolled out nationwide.

You will proactively seek out opportunities to build relationship and knowledge of Medi's products to relevant customers within NSW and throughout Australia. Working with key customers include ALA, LAA, Lipoedema Australia.

Training will be conducted both in person and virtually, therefore some travel will be required outside of NSW.

Using your clinical ability, you will build relationships with clients growing brand exposure throughout Australia. We require someone who is a hard-working individual with a clinical mindset with the desire to succeed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Allied Health background with exposure to Lymphedema and Venous Therapy
• Previous Nursing experience and confidence dealing with clinicians is highly desirable
• Experience within compression therapies is essential
• Autonomous and self-motivated with strong communication skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain working relationships
• Ability to travel throughout Australia as required
