Job description

We are seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to join our growing team based in Sydney! You will be working in the Surgical Technologies team, with the Neptune and Safeair systems.

This could be the role for you!

  • You will become an expert in Stryker surgical technology products, offering technical and clinical specialist expertise to both internal and external customers.
  • You will have the opportunity to attend surgical procedures and provide hands-on assistance to hospital staff, ensuring the optimal use of Stryker products.
  • Additionally you will support our Territory Managers with product presentations and training sessions, fostering customer engagement and contributing to the successful integration of our products.

Responsibilities in the role:

  • Become an expert in Stryker Surgical Technology products and provide technical and clinical specialist expertise to new and existing customers 
  • Attend surgical procedures and assist surgeons and hospital staff in the effective use of Stryker products 
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to communicate product/service value and meet revenue targets 
  • Conduct in-service training and product demonstrations, supporting our Territory Managers 

Experience required:

  • Proven experience in either a clinical (nursing or theatre) environment, sales or within the medical device industry 
  • Proficient in comprehending technical information and articulating complex ideas  
  • Proven track record of building robust and trustworthy relationships with internal stakeholders and customers 
  • Highly adaptable to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment 
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges effectively and find creative solutions
