About the role
We have a vacancy for a full time Clinical Care Team Leader to join the family at Regis Kuluin . This is a full time permanate role, reporting directly into the Clinical Care Manager. The role of the Clinical Care Team Leader is to provide and coordinate resident care, supervise care staff to ensure an effective, efficient and functioning team under the direct supervision of the Clinical Care Manager and General Manager.
As a Senior RN, you will be required to lead and manage the clinical and allied health services under the direction of Clinical Care Manager. As a member of the Clinical Team you will perform in accordance with legislation and practice within a professional and ethical framework.
The Clinical Care Team Leader is responsible for coordinating the assessment and evaluation of individual resident care within the scope of practice; to act as a resource for staff; perform competency assessments, and have input into training of staff. The Clinical Care Team Leader will liaise with the Clinical Care Manager to ensure resident care outcomes are met

About you
To make this role your own, you are a registered nurse with extensive nursing experience, and/or have clinical management experience within an aged care setting.
A thorough professional, you pride yourself on your organizational, communication (both written and verbal) and problem solving skills.
A robust approach to managing your time effectively and ability to work within deadlines, experience in dementia management is desirable. You’ll have strong IT skills including previous experience using a care management system (AutumnCare would be advantageous).
Capability and experience in leading a team and a hands on approach to your role with a focus on customer service and leadership.
