Position: Clinical Trainer - state based, must be in Victoria

What You'll Do:
Training and Development:
- Advance the skills of our cosmetic injecting team through training and recommendations.
- Collaborate with our network to develop safe processes.
- Monitor training progression and ensure compliance.
- Create and implement policies and guidelines for enhanced training.
- Provide training on policies and procedures across all clinics.
- Encourage attendance at supplier training opportunities.
- Continuously update training strategies and materials.
Clinical:
- Provide clinical support and resolve nurse queries.
- Stay up-to-date with product and treatment knowledge.
- Manage and resolve clinical complaints.
- Write and implement clinical protocols.
- Assist in the final sign-off of cosmetic injectors.
- Maintain processes for medical complications, consultation, and consent material.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory processes and guidelines.
- Stay informed about governance and legal guidelines.
- Oversee training schedules and deliverables.
- Support the development of all Fresh Clinics nurses.
Operations & Performance:
- Comply with clinic policies and procedures.
- Manage stock effectively and conduct stock takes.
- Meet with all sales, operations, and internal departments for overall growth
