We are seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Project Manager to join this world class clinical research centre with State-of-the-art bedded facility to lead the coordination of Clinical Trials and to deliver high-quality Clinical Trials that adhere to the highest standards.

As a Clinical Trial Project Manager, you will lead a Clinical Trial team of 5-8 to ensure the successful execution of trials, providing you with the opportunity to make a significant impact. You will lead the planning, coordination, and management of quality Clinical Trials, and be accountable for the oversight and timely delivery of a portfolio of Clinical Trials with a goal of delivering high quality project outcomes and tracking milestones ensuring the success of overall project objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research, with a focus on early phase oncology studies, and an understanding of the regulatory setup in Australia. We are looking to for you to bring:

• 3-5 years experience in clinical research and project management, preferably in early-phase oncology studies.
• Line management experience in a clinical research environment
• Proven experience in successfully delivering Clinical Trials and managing multiple projects and driving projects forward
• High level of Quality and compliance mindset, and sound knowledge of HREC and RGO processes, GCP, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Adaptable and flexible, ability to maintain positive relationships with cross-functional stakeholders in a changing environment.
• Strong problem handling skills and showcase proactiveness in managing complex issues

To be considered for this role you must be based in Sydney, Australia, and work on-site 5 days a week. This role offers a competitive salary package and bonus, with salary sacrifice up to $16k per year, this means you can expense a portion of your salary on expenses to increase take-home pay.
