Our Federal Government client is looking for an experienced Cloud Identity Technical Leadto join their team working on an exciting project.
About the role
The Cloud Identity Technical Lead will be highly organised, dynamic, outcome orientated individual with excellent communication skills.
The Cloud Identity Technical Lead will be accountable under the general direction of project leadership and the Identity Management Technical Director for leading the creation of the identity service detailed design (logical architecture) and lead implementation of a suitable solution across the NIC.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Offer expert architectural direction for the development of both new initiatives and modifications to existing products and capabilities. This includes spearheading the creation of comprehensive solution architecture documentation for a multi-agency Cloud Identity service.
- Architect and engineer solutions, conducting thorough impact analyses on major design options and trade-offs.
- Provide Technical Leadership and governance throughout the solution development and integration process. Evaluate requests for changes and deviations from specifications, offering informed recommendations.
- Ensure the correct application of pertinent technical strategies, policies, standards, and practices, with a particular focus on security.
- Facilitate valuable input from stakeholders, actively engaging in constructive challenges, and enabling effective prioritisation of requirements.
- Lead the implementation of a fitting technical solution, encompassing development, integration, testing, and documentation.
Qualifications/Experience
- Skills and experience in designing and implementing cloud-based identity solutions (mandatory).
- While industry certifications and qualifications are advantageous, they are not mandatory.
- Meticulously uphold agreed-upon timelines, ensuring that all work aligns with established quality standards and undergoes rigorous quality control measures.
- Precisely pinpoint and document risks and issues at the project level. Promptly escalate identified risks and issues, seeking guidance from project team leadership.
- Foster a seamless and adaptable collaboration within the project team, adeptly managing stakeholder expectations
