Form of workCloud Specialist role with a key Federal Government Department in Canberra. Long term contract opportunity.
Vectiq are looking for experienced Enterprise Computing Cloud Hybrid Specialists / Solution Architects with Baseline, or higher security clearance to work within the Federal Government space.WORKING ARRANGEMENTS
Work will be onsite at Canberra with hybrid arrangement - minimum 3 days a week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Working with a diverse array of stakeholders to identify and develop enterprise computing requirements for inclusion in approaches to market.
- The ability to lead relevant workshops and technical discussions to produce a consensus view or outcome.
- Developing relevant documentation including current and future state requirements
- Experience as an enterprise computing engineer or Solution Architect working on private and/or public cloud enterprise computing technologies and services.
- Experience in implementing SIAM services across large scale ICT delivery environments, including within Government.
- Designing and implementing solutions and services utilising hyper-scale public cloud provider’s (e.g. Microsoft, AWS) technologies and services.
- Implementing ICT outsourcing arrangements, including experience in requirements development, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, and service implementation.
- Previous experience in working with a wide range of complex and intertwining issues to identify paths to resolution.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with close attention to detail.
