We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced General Club Manager to lead our team and ensure the continued success of our gym.
Job Description:
Are you an experienced leader with a passion for people and sales? We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic individual to lead our new super club opening in Canning Vale. As the General Club Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various departments within our gym. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals in the areas of sales, customer service, reception and retail, personal training, and group fitness. Your ability to inspire and motivate your team, as well as your exceptional problem-solving skills, will be crucial to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the sales, customer service, reception and retail, personal training, and group fitness teams to achieve their goals and provide excellent service to our members.
- Financial Reporting: Manage the gym's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and regular financial reporting. Ensure the club operates within budget and meets revenue targets.
- Forward Thinking: Stay ahead of industry trends and anticipate changes in the fitness and wellness market. Develop and implement strategies to keep our gym competitive and attractive to members.
- Problem Solving: Address challenges and issues as they arise, making quick and effective decisions to ensure the smooth operation of the gym.
- Member Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of member satisfaction by maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, as well as delivering exceptional customer service.

- Proven experience in a leadership role in the fitness or related industry.
