• Salary:  $70,000 – $80,000
• Hours: Monday to Friday with limited weekends and weeknights for an attractive work-life balance

Club Services:

• Fine à la carte dining for lunch and dinner
• Morning, afternoon, and high teas
• Facilities for club and private events, such as weddings and cocktail parties
• Off-site catering

Responsibilities:

• Oversee restaurant operations, ensure timely seating and service delivery
• Manage wine inventory in coordination with the Food and Beverage Manager
• Assist with event and function setup and breakdown for private dining events in coordination with the Events and Operations Manager.
• Confer with guests to assess their satisfaction with meals and service
• Maintain high standards of customer service
• Training and supervising the front of house team
• Ensure high standards of presentation and cleanliness in all areas of preparation and service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a 4 or 5-star restaurant, with potential overseas experience
• Silver service experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• High personal standards of customer service
• Flexible and enthusiastic attitude within a team environment
• Ability to work various shift times
• Barista skills
• Proficiency in a second language, such as Italian, is advantageous due to the club's Italian lessons

General Hours of Operation:

• Monday to Wednesday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Thursday to Friday: 8:00am to 11:00pm
• Saturday and Sunday: Closed (unless private events are booked)
• Public Holidays: Closed
