DOOLEYS is a community club that welcomes all members of the community. We offer a variety of well-appointed dining, entertainment and function facilities at two Sydney locations. In addition, to regular Club facilities, DOOLEYS Health and Fitness offers a broad range of health and fitness facilities and service to support Club members.
The function of the Club Supervisor is to ensure the smooth running of daily operations across the DOOLEYS group. It is the role of the Club Supervisor to ensure that service standards and legislative requirements are upheld and that the staff are led and developed to provide exceptional customer service to achieve member satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to
- Ensuring the effective and efficient operation of Club Operations areas
- Managing the floor across all areas of the club
- Leading by example in all operational duties
- Organising, leading and motivating staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Managing staff performance, providing feedback and conducting coaching and counselling sessions and formal meetings
- Supervising staff efficiently and effectively to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
- Ensuring reliability and punctuality of self and the staff on each shift
- Ensuring careful and accurate handling of all cash, stock and equipment
- Ensuring all business transactions are conducted in an ethical, professional and legal manner
- Ensuring staff are actively promoting the Club and benefits of membership
- Coaching and developing the technical skills of the staff with on the job training
- Completing the daily shift report at the end of each rostered shift
- Ensuring effective communication with the team
- Facilitating Community Catch Ups
- Handling customer queries and complaints and actively resolving as required
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Qualification
- Responsible Conduct of Gaming Qualification
- Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gaming(ARCG)
- Certificate IV in Leadership & Management
- Previous Hospitality experience
- Strong customer service experience
- Food and Beverage knowledge
- Gaming knowledge
