An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and proactive Gaming Supervisor to join the Port City Bowling Club’s gaming team.
As the Gaming Supervisor, you will assist the Gaming Manager in the running of the Clubs gaming operations.
About the role:
- Supporting the Gaming Manager in the execution of business objectives
- Contribute to the optimal performance of gaming operations
- Motivate and engage team members to continuously improve and deliver guest excellence
- Promote a positive working relationship across the team
- Ensure the integrity of the Club & gaming operations
- Leadership of staff in conjunction with the Gaming Manager and implementation of appropriate training programs for staff to be multi-skilled in all areas
- Maintain a safe, secure, and compliant work environment
- Achieve quality and consistent service standards through understanding customer expectations, feedback, and problem resolution

- The ability to professionally lead, manage, train gaming team staff
- Drive for creating sustainable long-term business success
- Must be flexible & reliable (able to work flexible hours including nights & weekends)
