The newly refurbished and reimagined Lancemore Macedon Ranges is a boutique property offering bespoke experiences to our guests, each member of the team plays a vital role in the success of our conferences, events and the overall guest experience. Seamlessly designed to complement the 274 acres of idyllic Australian countryside that surrounds, Lancemore Macedon Ranges features a Halliday-rated vineyard, elegant new dining room, 71 modern guest rooms, infinity pool, flexible meeting spaces and aesthetically striking networking lounges, making it an ideal destination for bespoke meetings, conferences and events. Due to recent growth, this role will have oversight over dual properties in the region. With the recent acquisition of the Cleveland Estate, this role will have oversight over both properties.

You need to have the ability and drive to achieve results across all dimensions of the balanced scorecard which includes: financials, customer, team and strategy. Just as importantly you can adapt to our culture and embrace our values. Last but not least, you like to dream big, with a hunger to succeed and lead from the front in a hands on manner to successfully leverage the ongoing success of this beautiful property.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Drive exceptional financial results through exemplary cost control and revenue management;
- Provide operational and strategic direction to the hotel management team to ensure we are providing a memorable guest experience;
- Drive exceptional employee engagement and retention;
- Require deep and broad F&B experience (multi-outlet, banqueting, a la carte);
- Manage the complexities of significant MICE, Wedding, & Events operations;
- Build your leaders through a combination of hands-on management, coaching and mentoring;
- Communicate professionally and effectively with all key stakeholders.
