Cnc Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to contribute to our busy Clients manufacturing operations located in Minto. As a vital member of our team, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines, ensuring the production of high-quality parts according to specifications.
 
Hours are Monday- Friday
6am-2pm with occasional overtime
$38.53 per hour depending on experience
Forklift licence $$$
 
 
Responsibility

1. Set up and operate CNC machines
2. Interpret blueprints and work orders to determine the specifications of the parts to be manufactured.
3. Load raw materials into the machine and secure them properly.
4. Program machines using CNC programming
5. Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines such as cleaning
6. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
7. Document production and maintenance activities accurately.

 
Requirements

1. Proven experience as a CNC machine Operator or similar role.
2. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
4. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
6. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials.
7. Willingness to undergo training on new machines and technologies as required.
