Manufacturing / Machine Operators - Rotating 12hr Roster (SOUTH WINDSOR 2756)

 
Monday to Sunday

12HR ROTATING ROSTER

6am-6pm/6pm-6am

2days/2nights/5off
2days/3nights/4off
3days/2nights/5off

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Following work instructions given by team leaders and senior managers
* Manual handling including at/above shoulder height and at time heavy lifting
* Operate machines – use systems and software to record various readings on the manufactured module 
* Recording additional data in machine operating systems with eye for detail
* Maintaining a clean and safe work area at all times
* Safe operation of machinery/power tools
* Factory/Warehouse all-rounder

Skills and Experience:

* Experience in industrial/manufacturing environment preferred
* A quick learner and being able to think on your feet
* Great Attention to detail
* Drive to learn and develop new skills
* Ability to adapt to a changing environment and or section of the plant
* Physically fit, agile and able to work in temperature/humidity-controlled environment (minimal)
* Safety focus and drive to generate high standard of output
* Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
* Flexible, mature, team-focused work ethic
* Must have reliable transport as limited public transport options
