We have an exciting role for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team in SixDe.

About the role:
This role is a full-time position based at our workshop in O’Connor.
SixDe a fast-paced, machine shop producing a wide range of parts.
- You must be fully conversant in CNC Turning & Milling and ISO or Siemens Programming, additional Wire cutting experience is an advantage.
- An excellent understanding of tool selection and work holding solutions.
- You can work efficiently to the highest quality.
- Must be willing to do the occasional afternoon shift work.
To be successful in this position you will need:
- Trade qualifications or equivalent, a minimum of 2 years of extensive CNC Programming in a jobbing shop environment.
- Experience with conventional manual machinery, surface grinding, Turning, milling is preferred.
- Have a sound ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- FANUC- Siemens-Okuma & Cad-Cam (OneCNC) programming is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
