Are you a skilled CNC Operator or a Cabinet Maker, looking for a change or maybe a bit of variety in your job? We're a small, highly productive cabinet-making team seeking a CNC Operator to help us craft top-quality custom cabinets. At BF Cabinets, we take pride in our craftsmanship and attention to detail, and we're looking for dedicated individuals to join our close-knit crew.
Responsibilities:
- CNC Operation: Proficiently operate and maintain a Homag Weeke CNC machine and Hebrock edge bander. If you don't have experience with these specific machines, don't worry; we're willing to provide training to the right candidate.
- Qualified Cabinet Maker: Your expertise in cabinet making will ensure that you can read and interpret detailed diagrams, job sheets, and cutting lists, allowing you to create precise and beautiful cabinets that meet our high standards of quality.
- Team Collaboration: While your primary focus will be CNC operation, we value teamwork. There will be times when you'll need to assist with other duties, whether it's helping in the workshop, lending a hand in assembly, or delivering cabinetry items to the job sites.
- Attention to Detail: Your keen eye for detail will help you excel in your role. You'll work closely with the team to resolve any issues that arise during the production process.
- Own Tools: You will need to have your own tools for these positions.
- Flexible Schedule: We understand that meeting deadlines is crucial. You should be willing to work overtime as required to meet project deadlines, ensuring our customers receive their custom cabinets on time.
- Versatile Expertise: Our projects encompass both domestic and commercial jobs, so your ability to work on a wide range of projects will be a valuable asset.
Requirements:
- Forklift License: Having a forklift license is a plus, as it will enhance your versatility within the team.
- Driver's License: A valid manual driver's license is a must, as you may be required to transport materials or products to and from job sites.
- White Card: You must possess or be willing to obtain a white card for any site visits.
