GWS Chadstone Mitsubishi KIA Suzuki is currently seeking a positive, well-presented and customer-focused Service Receptionist with excellent communication skills to join our team at our Oakleigh dealership.
Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for Service Reception support to the service team. The role includes taking incoming service contacts from walk in’s, phone, text, online and internally, assisting customers, administration of service-related documents and providing general assistance to service personnel. The successful candidate will be dedicated to delivering the best possible customer experience committed to a customer first culture.
As a Service Receptionist your duties will include:
- Answering the inbound contacts in a timely manner
- Update repair orders as required.
- Complete service banking.
- Assist with service customer inquiries.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Desire to deliver exceptional customer service;
- Exceptional organisational skill
- Exceptional phone manner
- Superb interpersonal skills.
- Previous Service Department experience is preferred not essential.
