Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines efficiently to produce custom doors and frame solutions according to specifications.
- Maintain CNC machines, perform regular checks, and troubleshoot any issues to ensure continuous operation.
- Collaborate with the production team to schedule and prioritize production tasks for optimal workflow.
- Program CNC machines using custom programs for each project, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in production.
- Conduct proactive planning to anticipate production needs and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings to discuss production goals, safety procedures, and any relevant updates.
