A great opportunity for a Operations Officer to join this busy team for a 18-month term assignment.
About the role:
- Undertaking project coordination activities including related administrative tasks and functions.
- Leading and contributing to the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
- Providing secretariat support, including the coordination of speakers and key messages, agendas, minute taking and scribing.
- Managing, collating, interpreting and analysing data to produce reports and dashboards that inform strategic and operational planning.
- Contributing to the Innovation portfolio and the methodology to progress ideas across key decision-making bodies, supporting NSW and ACT Innovation members, Subject Matter Experts and associated stakeholders.
- Monitoring and actioning correspondence, assigning and actioning internal work items within service standards.
- Assisting with mandatory training requests and arrangements as required.
About you:
- You will have ability to work across multiple systems.
- You will have intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and the MS 365 suite.
- You will have experience with Microsoft Teams environments.
- You will have written communication skills.
- You will have process mapping & documentation experience.
- You will have data entry experience.
- You will have advanced Excel skills experience working with spreadsheets.
- You will have experience working with data/document formatting.
Benefits:
- ASAP start (pending Federal Police Clearance)
- 18 months contract with potential extension
- Full time hours Monday to Friday
- Geelong, Richmond, Robina, and Surry Hills locations.
- $43.82 per hour + Super
