Austech Precision Engineering is a small family owned and operated business established in 2012 providing machining services mainly in mining, automotive and material handling industries.
About the role
This is a full-time permanent position with variety of interesting work and opportunities for further training and growth. We are currently invested on new milling & lathe machines.
Role Requirements:
- Program, set & operate CNC Milling and CNC Lathe machines.
- Preferred Fanuc Programming knowledge
- Train and mentor Apprentices
- Understand and adhere to strict workplace health & safety measures
- Must have a current resume with two work-related references
- Be available to commence employment ASAP
- Must be reliable and able to commit to a 5-day working week
Applicant Requirements
- Must have 3+ years of experience
- Punctuality, reliability, efficiency & sound work ethic
- Self-motivated and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions
- Works well in a team environment
- Has the ability to multi-task
- MUST be Australian citizen or have permanent residency status and work rights
Mon-Fri - 38hr week with opportunity for overtime
