The Role
A unique opportunity has been created for an experienced .Net Developer to join our exceptional team due to extensive growth. In this key role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our proprietary software products, shaping innovative solutions.  As a key member, your responsibilities will include: 

• Designing and developing new features for server, web, and desktop applications, crafting robust and scalable solutions.
• Ensuring code quality and adherence to standards through rigorous automated testing and comprehensive code reviews.
• Troubleshooting and resolving production issues, bugs, and defects. 
• Actively participating in peer review sessions, quality assurance processes, and technical discussions to foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.

• Passionate about your work, demonstrating natural curiosity by asking insightful questions and showing enthusiasm to learn..
• Understanding of modern design patterns, combined with proficiency in the Microsoft .Net Framework, MVVM, and WPF.
• Experience with automated testing using frameworks like NUnit or similar tools.
• Familiarity with industry components such as Autofac, Caliburn, and DevExpress.
• Understanding and use of diagnostic systems like Dot Trace and Dot Memory for troubleshooting and optimisation.
• Expertise in version control systems, specifically Git. 
• Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a drive to take on new challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, both internally within the team and with business stakeholders.
• Great sense of humor!
