About the role
Mercy Community Aged Care are on the lookout for a superstar Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our team in Rockhampton. This will be a full-time permanent role supporting our Aged Care facility.
The role's pay rate is dependent on the experience and qualification of the successful candidate - $27.87 - $34.62 per hour + superannuation. Salary sacrifice is an option for the successful candidate.
You will bring the following skills and experience to the team -
- Provide a welcoming environment to residents, families, staff and external providers
- Manage incoming and outbound call enquiries
- Provide administrative support to the team - inclusive but not limited to invoice follow up, updating floor plans, restock of stationary etc
- Update client files, work at the front desk, check in clients & answer calls
- Maintain accurate record management including timesheet entry’s and staff leave management
About you:
- Previous experience within an aged care facility or healthcare environment
- Be proficient in using Microsoft Office - Word, Powerpoint, Excel
- High levels of attention to detail, ability to multitask and ability to work autonomously
- Relevant qualification in administration or business administration (desirable)
- Queensland Provisional or above driver’s licence
