As the Co-ordinator of Quality and Compliance your responsibiities will include:
- Liaising with senior managers of the Division, community members, service providers
- Conduct thorough reviews of existing policies, processes and Compliance measures
- identify areas for improvement and recommend updates to enhance efficiency
- Provide training and guidance to staff members
- Generate clear and concise reports as required
To be succesful in this role you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health or a relevant field
- A current Victorian Drivers Licence
- Proven experience in reviewing policies in healthcare or Aged Care
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations, standards and best practices
