The Opportunity :
Due to growth, our service team is seeking a Quality Controller.
This senior position reports directly to the Aftersales Manager, and you will be the key link between the workshop, office and the customer.
Key objectives of this role include ensuring the quality of all job tasks are completed within allocated times to industry standards.

Duties:
- To assist management in implementing and maintaining effective processes to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction levels
- Plan by maximising the number of hours sold, driving revenue per transaction
- Maximise quality and overall efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, coach and develop the team to achieve daily objectives.
- Conduct all final road tests to ensure all work is carried out and completed to a satisfactory standard
- Ensure that the manufacturer’s warranty standards are adhered to at all times.
Essential Criteria :
- Fully Qualified Technician (preferably Truck) Trade Certificate
- Genuine interest in the truck industry
- Good communication skills
- Competent computer skills
- Desire to achieve
- Motivated
- Good time management skills
- Full HR driving licence
