About the Role
- Coordinate all aspects of the Coding Quality Program, including auditing, education, planning, reporting and clinical liaison to ensure a high standard of coding accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
- Provide education, training, mentoring and support to all clinical coding and auditing staff.
- Provide professional leadership, communication and expertise in clinical coding, auditing and clinical liaison practices throughout the facility and Metro South Health, Health Information Management Services.
