Silva Coffee Roasters is a family owned company in the Yarra Valley, dedicated to roasting delicious coffee and customer service excellence.
This position is responsible for delivering coffee, building & maintaining customer relationships and troubleshooting barista & equipment enquiries for cafe partners across Melbourne and wider Victoria.

Responsibilities:
- Delivering weekly coffee orders to our café and industry partners on Tuesday and Wednesday
- Cultivate positive and strong relationships with our existing café and industry partners
- Support baristas to troubleshoot coffee issues (eg; grind adjustment, brew recipe)
- Preventative maintenance during delivery run or scheduled works (eg; seals, screens)
- Navigate assigned routes and adhere to time schedules
- Record deliveries in POD system
- Barista Training role available for an experienced candidate
We are looking for someone with:
- A passion for specialty coffee
- Coffee industry experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A highly motivated and positive attitude
- Exceptional attention to detail
- An ability to develop and implement strategies to improve business efficiencies
- A clean and full Australian Drivers Licence (manual licence required)
- Barista Skills an advantage
