We are seeking a technically minded Customer Support Consultant to join a growing management system company in their brand new office in the Docklands, Melbourne.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for a very diverse customer and client base. You will be assisting with setting up new hardware, troubleshooting and providing technical support, general database management/data entry and triaging calls.
- Full-time permanent position
- $65-$70k + super
- Docklands location
- Monday - Friday 7am-3pm
- 5 recharge days per year
- Potential for some WFH after probation
Experience:
- Previous experience in a fast paced customer service/support role
- Tech savvy/technically minded
- Confident building rapport with people from all walks of life over the phone
- Strong time management skills even when in high pressure situations
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in a point of sale role is a huge advantage
- If successful, you will need to have/acquire a Working with Children's Check and National Police Check.
