Customer Support Consultant

We are seeking a technically minded Customer Support Consultant to join a growing management system company in their brand new office in the Docklands, Melbourne. 

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for a very diverse customer and client base. You will be assisting with setting up new hardware, troubleshooting and providing technical support, general database management/data entry and triaging calls. 

• Full-time permanent position 
• $65-$70k + super 
• Docklands location 
• Monday - Friday 7am-3pm 
• 5 recharge days per year 
• Potential for some WFH after probation

Experience: 

• Previous experience in a fast paced customer service/support role
• Tech savvy/technically minded 
• Confident building rapport with people from all walks of life over the phone
• Strong time management skills even when in high pressure situations 
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Previous experience in a point of sale role is a huge advantage 
• If successful, you will need to have/acquire a Working with Children's Check and National Police Check.
