To help us achieve this we are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join our Customer Experience Team on a full-time permanent basis.

About the role
Reporting to the Customer Support Lead, in this role you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple channels, including in-person, phone, live chat, and email, ensuring a professional and friendly experience for all internal and external stakeholders
- Efficiently navigate and utilise various system platforms to support customer service operations
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Perform administration and planning tasks as required
About you
To be successful in this role you will:
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, effectively supporting a diverse range of stakeholders
- Experience with various system platforms is highly valued
- Excellent communication and administrative skills with a high attention to detail and the ability to establish strong professional relationships
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Preparedness to be flexible regarding working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
